Nexstay Treats Inn

Prime location. Easy public transportation access and all amenities to walkable distance.

Location Good value

bed sheet is not cleaned .ac not giving perfect cooling

Location

Cleaning conditions. Forcing us to pay by QR code when we are away

Room, whole facilities,good service

Cost effective, good location

Ac was complaint. Narrow room and it looks like an old room

Security was good and friendly...also one of the female receptionist was good.I stayed almost 8 nights.

Staff behavior was very unprofessional. No TV workingAc also have problems

Very poor

Other than the lobby, everything was a disaster. From the room being not well clean there was cigarette smell all over the toilet. There was stains on bedsheets. We even found cockroaches in the room. The pictures on the site is very much misleading

Good location friendly staff clean and neat rooms , always recommend for family and friends.I really enjoyed the stay there.

Only location near to many important spots

No hot water, no restaurant, need to go out for food. Unclean sheets. All over poor place to stay.

Only location

Facilities…staffs

Only the location

The bed linens were dirty. Towels were dirty. Staff with no decision making capacity. No supply of hot water (they said under maintenance). We had also no supply of normal water also for 2 hours. This hotel is not upto the stable of booking.com. Better remove this from your list as we trust on you and book hotels.

Literally very bad

Room Coridor Bathroom

Decent and clean.

I would say the price was high according to the room. And water from AC was leaking

The price is good for the room

The receptionist was staring and having fun such discomfort

Normal

Staff , especially nithin. He was very rude provided us an extra dirty bed , we had an argument and they shouted at us. We paid for the room and there was no refund option , otherwise we wouldn’t stay there

Nothing there as positive

Wurst hospitality . Arrogant staff who is picking the calls when we call for enquiry .arguments for the parking . Bed was dusty

Location, overall is value for money

The staff could be more welcoming. The bed sheets looked old and not very clean, which I would say is most important and hopefully will be addressed

Very dirty linen , room dosent have ventilation...very narrow ...room photos and appearance was very different....very bad stay

Suggested a very small room without window for my family. And we managed to stay with very limited facility.

Small room
